Our First Consultation is a complimentary 30 min talk. We will discuss preliminaries where you can share the specifics of your situation and receive insightful feedback on options in moving forward.
Many families find this time to be a valuable opportunity to understand their rights, be informed regarding potential pitfalls, and generally receive solid advice.
I do not provide legal advice or practice law, so if your situation appears to require the assistance of an attorney, I will be happy to provide you with one or more referrals.

I will analyze your current IEP/504 plan and all pertinent documents including test results, grades, behavior plans and additional reports. The fee is 100$ an hour. After this evaluation, we can discuss further service.

If you request outside testing, I can administer the WIAT exam. It measures oral language, written language, reading, and mathematics with 16 subtests: I will administer, do a full assesment and write up a complete report to be presented to your school district. This Fee is 1500$
I can also be available to present the results in person/virtually for an additional 500$

To attend your meetings and represent you as your advocate (in person or virtually) is 250$.

I can draft letters, review your child's college/post secondary education options and review their applications/college essays.

Initial Consultation of 30 minutes is Free of Charge
Once we agree to begin you can purchase the following:
A one time (1 hour) consultation- 80$/hr
A once a week meeting plan - 350$ a month
Twice a week meeting plan - 700$ a month
All meetings are currently virtual via Zoom.

When the parent disagrees with what the school district proposes, the parent has the right to file for a due process hearing. A due process hearing is a lengthy proposition. The preparation is 150$ an hour. To file the State Complaint is 150$ an hour. Mediation is 150$ an hour
Representation at the Hearing is 2500$
